This is super easy but Valve have buried it in what feels like THE DEPTHS OF HELL.
Anyway, once your Steam Deck has loaded, simply click the physical STEAM button, scroll to Settings and then scroll allllllllll the way down to the VERY bottom until you see Library. Click on Add game and then… Well… Add your game!
